Latoya Jefferson-Smith

LaToya Jefferson-Smith, MPA, has extensive experience in healthcare management and real estate. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of the Patient Access Central Unit at Parallon since January 2014, LaToya has held various managerial roles within the organization, including Manager of Operations Analytics and Manager of Patient Access Central Unit. Additionally, LaToya has worked at Bon Secours Health System as a Surgical Services Project Analyst and at Personal Touch Home Care as Branch Director. Previous roles also include Auditor at ACS Incorporated and Assistant Regional Director at AIM Healthcare, where LaToya was also a Regional Account Manager. In the real estate sector, LaToya has been a Realtor at Realty Group LLC since 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University.
