Richpal Singh Rathore possesses extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Manager at Param Renewable Energy since December 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and maintenance of a 300MW solar power plant. Prior to this role, Richpal held the position of Assistant Manager at Sprng Energy, managing operations and maintenance for a 250MW solar PV plant in Jaisalmer from October 2021 to December 2022.
