Josh Worden

Josh Worden has worked in the IT industry since 2007. Josh began their career as a Customer Support Representative at Teleperformance, where they provided PC & peripheral technical support for Verizon Online DSL customers. In 2007, they also began working as a Desktop Technician at Brownsburg Community School Corporation, where they maintained and supported PCs, printers, and network devices for students and faculty. Josh also designed, developed, and implemented web applications for HR and transportation departments.

In 2011, Worden began working at Endeavor Business Media as a Senior Developer, Architecture. In this role, they co-led the migration from physical datacenter to Amazon Web Services to improve ROI for rapid project development. Josh also took on a leadership role within the team while continuing to develop solutions to meet business, project, and internal team needs. Josh architected full-stack solutions for new projects, including UI prototyping, capacity planning and technology selection, resource allocation and provisioning, to stress and penetration testing. Josh also assisted with teams migration to Git from SVN and investigated, tested, and integrated new technology. Additionally, they developed several applications dealing with User Generated Content and online tests/exams.

In 2020, Worden began working as the Director, Cloud Operations at Parameter1.

Josh Worden attended Brownsburg High School from 2002 to 2006. Josh then went on to DeVry University from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Networking Systems Administration. In December 2013, they obtained a MongoDB Certified Developer - Associate certification from MongoDB.
