Kami Matiatos has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and communication field. Kami started their career at HNTB in 1986, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant/Marketing Coordinator for five years. In 1991, they joined Merritt+Pardini/Krei Architecture as the Director of Marketing, and they held this role for thirteen years until 2004. After leaving Merritt+Pardini/Krei Architecture, they joined Parametrix as the Collateral Materials Coordinator, a role they held for nine years. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Marketing & Communication Manager at Parametrix, where they continue to work.
Kami Matiatos obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Washington in 1987. Additionally, Kami has obtained several certifications, including Cultural Competency & Humility V1.1, Religion, Spirituality and Beliefs: Employees V2.1, Bystander Intervention V3.01, Microaggressions in the Workplace V2, Diversity, Inclusion, Sensitivity & Racism V3.3, and Unconscious Bias V3.1. These certifications were obtained from Traliant, with various completion dates ranging from March 2022 to July 2022.
