Theenesh Perumal

Theenesh Perumal is a Process Engineer at Paramit since August 2021, focusing on PCBA assembly for medical products and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-efficiency and operational processes. Previously, Theenesh served as a Volunteer Staff at Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat for a brief period in 2021, providing assistance during the Covid MCO and engaging with various communities. An internship at Flex in 2019 resulted in recognition as the Best Intern of the Year, where key responsibilities included preventive maintenance, validation and calibration of jigs and fixtures, and documentation prior to shipment. Theenesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AIMST University, completed in July 2021.
