Josh Hatala is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Creative Strategy & Audience Development at Paramount since November 2020. In this role, Josh manages data-driven strategies for campaign development across various media types and has successfully driven initiatives that resulted in significant achievements, such as making Good Burger 2 the #1 Paramount+ Original Movie of All Time.
