Matt Kane

Matt Kane has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Matt started their career as a Platoon Leader in the US Army, leading a team responsible for installing and maintaining satellite communication systems. Matt then served as a Company Executive Officer, overseeing daily operations and managing equipment worth $10 million with no loss. As a Battalion Communications Officer, Matt led a team of 12 professionals and served as the primary advisor to the Commander on communication matters. Matt was chosen as the lead communications operations planner during a modernization test, successfully fielding and testing next-generation Army communication systems. Currently, Matt serves as a Product Manager at Parasanti, and previously, they worked as a Systems/Solutions Engineer at the same company.

Matt Kane earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2011 to 2015. Matt then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, which they completed from 2018 to 2021.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Matt holds various certifications. Matt obtained the "Security +" certification from CompTIA in September 2015. Matt also earned the "Engineer In Training" certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in April 2015. Furthermore, Matt obtained the "Project Management Professional (PMP)" certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
