Cristina MANEA has extensive experience in Agile methodologies and product development, currently holding the position of Branding & Growth at ParaSwap since July 2021. Prior to this role, Cristina served as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Agile Facilitator at SQLI from September 2018 to July 2021, and as an Agile Consultant and Product Owner coach at Zen Value from January 2017 to September 2018, where significant work was done with various industries including music, banking, and ophthalmics. Cristina's background includes coaching teams in implementing Agile practices, facilitating Scrum frameworks, and managing change across delocalized teams.
