Sheila Dolan

Sheila Dolan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sheila started their career in 1988 as an HR Generalist at Helix Health System: Union Memorial Hospital and then transitioned to an Employee Relations Manager at Helix Health System: Franklin Square Hospital in 1990. In 1998, they joined Novacare as a Recruiter before moving on to IMS HEALTH as a Senior Recruiter in 1999. Sheila then joined Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Pharmaceuticals) in various HR roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Manager Talent Acquisition, Sr. Project Consultant HR, and Senior Human Resources Manager.
