Miklos Gyalog

Miklos Gyalog has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Miklos began their career at Citibank as an IT Project Manager from 2004 to 2007. After that, they joined Cisco in 2008 and held various roles, including IT Analyst, Product Owner, and Lead Analyst. At Cisco, they were responsible for business analysis, use case development, stakeholder engagements, and implementing gamification on the social collaboration platforms. Miklos also led a team of analysts and was the principal point of contact for key stakeholder groups. Since 2017, Miklos has been working at ParcelHero.com as a Senior Business Analyst, where they are involved in building a cloud-based logistics and courier solution for major retailers. Miklos works closely with all areas and levels of the business throughout the product life cycle, capturing requirements and translating them into concepts and functional specifications.

Miklos Gyalog obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Business Communications from Budapest Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's Certificate in Business Analysis at The George Washington University School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
