Bishoy Jacob

Bishoy Jacob, CSM®, is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in software development and SaaS product management. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Delivery Manager at Parent since October 2020, Bishoy has defined program roadmaps and managed the development lifecycle of a CRM childcare solution. Previous roles include a Program Manager at Link Development, where Bishoy managed multi-country projects and led a support unit, and a Project Manager/Scrum Master at ITWORX, overseeing various high-quality projects in North America and Europe. With a foundational education in Computer Engineering from Ain Shams University, Bishoy also has a diverse range of experience in software development, system integration, and customer support from earlier positions at Link Development and RBM Software Company.
