Emma Ainsley

Emma Ainsley has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Emma is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at ParentPay Group and ParentPay, where they are responsible for finding the best talent and running recruitment projects. Previously, they worked at Angela Mortimer Group as a Divisional Leader and Team Leader & Consultant, leading recruitment teams and providing end-to-end recruitment services to clients. Emma also worked as an Operations Coordinator at Angela Mortimer. In addition, Emma Ainsley worked as a Divisional Leader at Christopher Taylor Associates Ltd, specializing in matching private secretaries and executive assistants with business leaders.

Emma Ainsley began their education at Newcastle University in 2006, where they earned a First Class degree in Politics and History in 2009. Emma then pursued further studies at King's College London from 2009 to 2010, obtaining an MA in International Peace and Security with a focus on War Studies.
