Julie Anne Fisher started their work experience in 2008 as a Project Manager at the University of Kent, where they created and conducted an NHS obesity pilot. Julie Anne then worked as a Competitor and Market Research Manager B2B at RS Components from 2010 to 2011. Julie joined L'Oreal as a Research Advisor and Coach/Mentor in 2011, where they coached teams on the use of market research dashboards. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Global Customer Insights Manager NPS at Bupa Global, overseeing Net Promoter Score analytics and performance. Julie then joined Kantar TNS in 2013 as a Customer Experience Manager, managing customer journey research for British Airways. In 2015, Julie became a Senior Research and Insight Manager at We Are Futures, where they led quantitative research and introduced Net Promoter Score research. Currently, Julie is working at ParentPay as the Market Research Manager (Lead), responsible for the creation and management of the market research program.

Julie Anne Fisher pursued their education at the University of Kent from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Post Graduate degree in Social Research. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a certification as a Net Promoter Certified Associate from Satmetrix in March 2013. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Julie Anne Fisher obtained a certification in Online market research from the Market Research Society (MRS) in September 2007. Julie Anne also became advanced in Excel, obtaining a certification from Microsoft in February 2003.
