Rachel Henry

Rachel Henry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, education, and financial services. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ParentSquare since February 2023, Rachel previously held various roles at EVERFI from September 2018 to February 2023, including Implementation Lead and Schools Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Director of Financial Assistance at Cornell College and Assistant Director of Student Financial Services at Emmanuel College. Rachel began the career in education with Teach For America and has held several internships, including roles at the U.S. Department of Education and the Texas House of Representatives. Rachel earned a BBA and a BA in Management and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
