Sintija Ķipluka

Sintija Ķipluka is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Baltic HR and L&D Management Department at BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS since August 2024. Sintija is also the founder of Pareto Consulting, dedicated to aiding small and medium-sized enterprises in shaping corporate strategies and enhancing employee engagement. Previous roles include Interim HR Officer at the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and Head of HR at OpenWay, where Sintija supported global banking and payment processing clients. Sintija held various HR leadership positions at Inchcape plc, managing HR operations across Northern Europe and Baltics, and began a career in HR as an Assistant at Procter & Gamble. Sintija's educational background includes studies in business administration and engineering from esteemed institutions in Latvia and Norway.
