Antonio Rivero

Antonio Rivero is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a background in international payroll operations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager for the Americas at Parexel since August 2018, Antonio has held various roles within the company, progressing from Payroll Specialist to Team Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Ejercito Bolivariano de Venezuela and HR Lead at Rosario’s Bakery Franchise. Antonio started the career as Human Talent Assistant and has also completed a Human Resources internship at Universidad del Zulia. Academically, Antonio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad del Zulia and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, alongside bilingual education from Centro Venezolano Americano del Zulia.
