Grainne Burley

Grainne Burley is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Operations at Parexel since May 2002, Grainne Burley has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Global Research Operations, where responsibilities include supporting Clinical Leads and Line Managers across North Europe and enhancing collaboration among Parexel's regions globally. Prior to Parexel, Grainne Burley worked at Pharmacia & Upjohn as a UK Project Leader on a Phase IV epidemiological study and began a career at Astra Zeneca as a Research Scientist, focusing on analytical method development. Education includes an MSc with Distinction in Chemical Research from UCL and a BSc 1st Class Hons in Chemistry with Business Administration from Kingston University.
