Helena Fung

Principal Biostatistician at Parexel

Helena Fung has a strong background in biostatistics and statistical programming. Helena began their career as a Statistical Programmer at TRIO - Translational Research in Oncology in 2002 and worked their way up to become a Senior Biostatistician, leading the Biostatistics/SAS programming team. Helena'sresponsibilities included preparing and reviewing documents related to clinical trials. In 2019, Helena joined Parexel as a Principal Statistical Programmer, and later transitioned to the role of Principal Biostatistician. Helena'sexperience at Parexel involved high-level statistical analysis and contributions to various clinical trial projects.

Helena Fung completed their Bachelor's degree in Specialization in Actuarial Sciences with a Business Minor at the University of Alberta from 1997 to 2001. Helena then pursued their Master's degree in Biostatistics from 2004 to 2011, also at the University of Alberta.
