Kerryn Cress

Kerryn Cress has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Kerryn currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence & Delivery at Parexel since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kerryn worked as a Vice President at Premier Research from July 2018 to July 2022, where they held two different positions: Vice President, Clinical Data Sciences from May 2020 to July 2022, and Vice President, Strategic Business Optimization from July 2018 to May 2020. Before joining Premier Research, they worked at PPD, where they held various senior director roles, including Senior Director, Partnership Governance Optimization from August 2017 to July 2018, Senior Director, Technology, Innovation and Performance from March 2016 to August 2017, and Senior Director, Strategic Business Optimization from September 2014 to March 2016. Kerryn's career started at IQVIA in October 2003, where they worked in multiple roles, including Senior Director, Resourcing Center of Excellence from December 2011 to August 2014, Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness from September 2009 to December 2011, and various roles in Proposals/Sales Support from October 2003 to August 2009.

Kerryn Cress has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Kerryn also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master's degree in Sports Administration, both from Ohio University, which they earned from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they have a certification as a Change Management Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2014.
