Mona Puri

Mona Puri is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Parexel since April 2019, Mona has a strong background in HR leadership, previously holding the position of Senior Director Human Resources at both Parexel and inVentiv Health. In a career spanning over two decades, Mona has also held senior HR roles at UnitedHealth Group and Eli Lilly & Company, contributing to organizational effectiveness and talent development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Bede's College in Shimla.
