Richard Cain

Richard Cain has over 30 years of work experience in various senior roles. Richard began their career in 1992 as a Financial Accountant at National Grid Transco. From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Management Accountant at R.P. Scherer Corp. In 1996, they joined IQVIA where they held the positions of VP Global Finance and later VP Business Operations and Capabilities Lead. In 2019, they moved to Syneos Health as VP Project Management, and then served as VP Finance in the Go To Market division. From 2022 to 2023, they were the SVP Finance responsible for Global ERP & HCM Oracle Cloud Design and Implementation Lead at Syneos Health. Currently, Richard is the SVP Strategic Operations at Parexel starting from 2023.

Richard Cain attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Accounting and Finance.
