Viswanadh K

Viswanadh K has extensive experience in business development and sales in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Viswanadh is currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Business Development at Parexel, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director and Head of Business Development at Parexel from January 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Parexel, Viswanadh worked at IQVIA as a Business Development Director from August 2014 to January 2020. Viswanadh was responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Earlier in their career, Viswanadh held various leadership positions at GVK Biosciences, including Director of Sales and Marketing for Analytical and Formulation Services. Viswanadh also served as the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Project Management for Clinical Pharmacology. Viswanadh started their tenure at GVK Biosciences as a Deputy General Manager in May 2008 and left in June 2010.

Prior to GVK Biosciences, Viswanadh worked at Advinus Therapeutics as a Senior Manager from December 2006 to May 2008. Viswanadh began their professional journey at The Himalaya Drug Company as a Senior Business Manager, where they worked from January 1999 to December 2006.

Viswanadh K has completed the Senior Management Program in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Viswanadh also holds a M.V.Sc. degree in Physiology from the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Additionally, they have a B.V.Sc & A.H degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University. Viswanadh completed their primary and secondary education from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Viswanadh has also pursued short courses in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Immunology from Harvard Medical School.
