Raquel Alves

Raquel Alves has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Raquel is currently the Head of People and Culture at Parfin since December 2021. Prior to that, they founded RHedentor Consultoria in January 2021, where they provided career preparation, advice, and courses to help young talents enter the job market. Raquel was also the Manager of Human Resources at Monet Agente Autônomo de Investimentos from June 2021 to December 2021. Their previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at BTG Pactual from May 2014 to December 2020 and as an Organizational Development Analyst at Icatu Seguros from June 2010 to January 2014. Before that, they held the role of Personnel Supervisor at Itaipava - Crystal - TNT - Blue Spirit - GPEO Fomenpar from August 2009 to April 2010 and was an Personnel Analyst at Amil from February 2003 to February 2009.

Raquel Alves completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Estácio between 2002 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Post-Graduate Degree in People Management from UFF - MBA Latec in 2010 and 2011.
