Lena Kroemer has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Lena started their career at BASF, where they underwent training as an Industriekauffkau. Lena then joined L'Oréal, initially as a Junior Produktmanager before progressing to roles such as Produktmanager and Group Produktmanager. Lena'sresponsibilities at L'Oréal included managing products and overseeing the product development process. Following their time at L'Oréal, Lena joined Douglas as a Senior International Brand Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the development and management of various brands. Notably, they were later promoted to the position of Vice President People Experience at Douglas, where they played a key role in brand development, international marketing campaigns, and content strategy. Lena also led teams and managed stakeholders at both internal and external levels. Lena's work experience showcases their expertise in the beauty and cosmetics industry, along with their ability to drive brand growth and successfully manage cross-functional teams.

Lena Kroemer obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society in 2009. Lena then pursued their Master of Science degree in International Business with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, completing it in 2010.
