Robert Cook

Robert Cook has a diverse work experience in the biotech and manufacturing industry. Robert is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Parhelia Biosciences since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Founding Advisory Board Member for the Supply Chain Management Program at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business starting from October 2020.

From April 2016 to May 2021, Robert was the Vice President of Operations at Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc., a biotech CMO startup in Carlsbad, CA. In this role, they played a key strategic role in site selection, facility design/construction, leadership team recruitment, and various other responsibilities related to manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

Before joining Argonaut, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr. Manager- Global Distribution from January 2013 to April 2016. Robert managed a team of 6 direct reports and 90 employees in the Southwest Region.

From July 2010 to January 2013, Robert held the position of Manager-Mfg. at Life Technologies, and from June 2004 to July 2010, they worked as a Sr. Supervisor-Mfg. at Allergan.
