Directeur D’exploitation Adjoint Maxim’s at PARIS SOCIETY

Elie Audo is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as the Directeur d’exploitation adjoint at Maxim’s under PARIS SOCIETY since November 2023. Audo is also the Fondateur of Alaboca, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Audo co-founded Alamesa, working there from September 2018 to July 2022, and acted as Responsable restauration at La Placette from April 2017 to September 2018.
