Elie Audo

Elie Audo is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and restaurant industry, currently serving as the Directeur d’exploitation adjoint at Maxim’s under PARIS SOCIETY since November 2023. Audo is also the Fondateur of Alaboca, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Audo co-founded Alamesa, working there from September 2018 to July 2022, and acted as Responsable restauration at La Placette from April 2017 to September 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Chef de rang at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Manager at La cevicheria, as well as earlier positions as Barman serveur at La fabbrica and Chef de rang at Grand cafe de la Poste.
