Ted Cogan

Ted Cogan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent development and leadership, currently serving as PRIDE ERG Lead and Senior Manager of People at Pariveda since August 2016. Ted has held various roles at Pariveda, including Manager of Performance Management and Talent Development Projects Lead, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing workplace culture and employee growth. Prior to Pariveda, Ted gained leadership experience through positions at the University of Notre Dame, such as Resident Assistant and First Year of Studies Peer Advisor, as well as involvement in the Hall Presidents Council. Additional experience includes crafting innovations as an Office of Innovation Summer Analyst Intern for the City of South Bend. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame and has developed skills in event coordination and team management throughout a varied career.
