Melissa Sweetwood

Melissa Sweetwood is a Preschool Teacher at Park Avenue Synagogue, where Melissa teaches literacy, math, science, and motor skill development to children ages 2-5. Melissa also incorporates child-directed and play-based learning methods into their teaching and practices "Responsive Classroom" approaches. Previously, Melissa was a Graphic Design Intern at MikeWorldWide (MWW), creating visual content for clients. Melissa graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Psychology. Melissa attended Horace Mann School for their high school education.
