Phil Benson

Phil Benson is currently the Executive Director of Operations at Park Homes (UK) Ltd, where he holds the title of Clinical Head of Operations. Prior to this role, he worked at Community Integrated Care as the Clinical Nurse Specialist - Dementia, where he was responsible for managing and delivering the organisation's dementia strategy. He also served as the Service Manager at EachStep Blackburn, a specialist dementia care service aimed at modernising local care provision. Phil also took on various roles at BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN CARERS SERVICE LTD, including Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees. He holds a degree in Adult Nursing from Liverpool John Moores University.
