Zaib Janjua is currently serving as a Representative for MSc International Business at the University of Lincoln and as a Course Representative for the Post Graduate program at the University of Lincoln Students' Union, both roles initiated in October and June 2023, respectively. Zaib also holds the position of Assistant Manager Training and Development at Park Lane Hotel, where responsibilities include identifying training needs and developing learning strategies since August 2022. Additionally, Zaib is the Founder and CEO of Zaib Hijab and Accessories, focusing on business strategy, finance management, and marketing since June 2020. Prior experience includes a Human Resources/Corporate Executive role at Park Lane Hotel, specializing in recruitment and employee relations from December 2013 to November 2021. Zaib's educational background includes an MSc in International Business from the University of Lincoln, alongside various degrees including an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Virtual University of Pakistan and a Career Prep Fellowship from Stanford University.
