Haritha Nookala

Haritha Nookala has extensive work experience in data engineering and business intelligence. Haritha is currently the Data Engineering Director at Park National Bank. Previously, they worked at BankUnited, where they held multiple roles including VP and Head of Data Engineering, AVP and Lead Data Engineer, AVP and Business Intelligence Lead, and AVP and Senior Business Intelligence Developer. At BankUnited, they were responsible for modernizing and optimizing data distribution flows and integration, engineering solutions to reduce latency, increase flexibility, and reduce technical debt. Haritha also played a crucial role in the transformational journey of moving off legacy systems to Cloud Native, ensuring data governance, security, monitoring, and performance. Prior to BankUnited, Haritha worked as a Reports Developer at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Haritha Nookala earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010.
