Andrew Weaver

Andrew Weaver has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Andrew began their career at Printing Concepts, where they worked as a Prepress specialist from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they joined West Side Leader as an Office Manager, where they implemented various technological advancements to improve the company's operations, such as computer networking and automated bookkeeping practices.

In 1995, Andrew joined LDI Computer Rentals as a Senior Technician, and then transitioned to Mr. Gasket Performance Group as an IT Manager in 1998. At Mr. Gasket, they managed the company's IT infrastructure and operations.

Starting in 1999, Andrew held the role of Infrastructure Manager at both Barnes Distribution and Barnes Group Inc., where they contributed to the management and enhancement of the companies' infrastructures.

In 2004, Andrew became an IT Manager at Park Place Technologies, a leading post-warranty IT service provider. Andrew successfully led projects involving virtualization, data center migrations, and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Andrew later took on the role of Director, Infrastructure, Helpdesk and Network at the same company in 2017. In 2018, they became the Director of Security Operations, focusing on establishing a robust cybersecurity program by implementing advanced communication, endpoint, and threat intelligence technologies.

Andrew completed their college preparatory education at Barberton High School from 1982 to 1985.
