Jeff Celmainis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career at Newbridge Networks as a System Administrator in 1998 before moving on to ecmarket as a Client Services Manager in 1999. In 2002, Jeff joined Creo as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the procurement, sale, and after-sales support of hardware delivered with the company's software solutions worldwide. Jeff also served as the primary escalation manager for all OEM vendors for service delivery. In 2004, Jeff started their own company, Magnet Enterprise Corp. Finally, they joined Park Place Technologies in 2005 as a Channel Director, overseeing national service sales in Canada and managing worldwide accounts for Dell, IBM, and Kodak.

Jeff Celmainis studied at the University of Victoria from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in IT Management with a focus on the application and management of information technology. Prior to that, they attended The University of Lethbridge from 1988 to 1993, obtaining a B. Mgmt degree with a specialization in Finance. Before entering university, they also attended Dr. E.P. Scarlett from 1985 to 1987, but no degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
