Charles Abrams

Charles Abrams is an experienced educator and volunteer in science and technology. Since 2002, Charles has been a Professor at City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College. In addition to this role, Charles serves as a mentor for high school students' research with the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition and provides science lectures for residents at Park Plaza Chicago. Charles has significant involvement in USA Swimming as a certified official in various capacities, including Starter and Deck Referee. Previous experience includes a workshop presenter for Anasazi Instruments and positions at Beloit College and Columbia University. Charles holds an M. Phil in Organic Chemistry from Columbia University and an A.B. in Chemistry and Biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
