Luke S Varley

Luke S Varley is currently the General Counsel and Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance at Park Square Capital, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Luke served as an associate in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis from July 2016 to January 2020, focusing on private equity fund formation and regulatory issues. Earlier experience includes being an Associate in Investment Management at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, and a Visiting Lecturer at City University London. Luke's legal foundation was further developed through roles such as a Death Row Intern and Case Worker Intern, along with practical advocacy experience as a Volunteer Employment Advocate. Academic credentials include a BCL from the University of Oxford, a BPTC and Postgraduate LLB from City University of London, and a B.Sc. in Human Psychology from Aston University.
