Brage Johannessen

Brage Johannessen is the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Parker Drilling. Mr. Johannessen has nearly 30 years’ experience in the upstream sector of the O&G business, spanning drilling and well operations, field development planning, project management and executive management. Prior to joining Parker, Mr. Johannessen served most recently as Vice President of Integrated Well Services with Baker Hughes. Previously he has held various engineering and drilling management roles with Statoil (today known as Equinor), an E&P Operator, executive management roles within Baker Hughes, and Executive VP International for Ensign Energy Services, a global land drilling contractor. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked in Europe, Middle East, Far East and the U.S.
