Doug de la Morena

Doug de la Morena has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Doug served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Parker Drilling Company from 2013 to the present. Prior to that, they were the VP HR at Alkhorayef Petroleum Company from 2012 to 2013 and an Independent HR Consultant at Global Oil & Gas Services Company from March 2012 to September 2012. Before that, they worked at Baker Hughes, first as the VP Human Resources for the Western Hemisphere & Corporate Functions from 2009 to 2012, and then as the Vice President HR for Europe, Africa, Russia, and Caspian Regions from 2008 to 2009. Doug began their HR career at LyondellBasell in 1999, where they served as an HR Director until 2007.

Doug de la Morena holds an MA and BA degree in Public Administration and Journalism from the University of Houston. Doug also pursued studies in Business at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Additionally, they completed an Executive Leadership Course at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
