Jeramy Kaiman

Jeramy Kaiman is the Head of Professional Recruitment for the West at Parker + Lynch. Jeramy has over ten years of experience in recruitment and business development, specializing in accounting and finance.

Jeramy started their career in 2006 as Managing Director at Garelli Wong & Associates, Inc., where they were responsible for recruiting talent and developing business in accounting, finance, treasury, financial reporting, audit, tax, and corporate development. In 2010, they joined Accounting Principals as Vice President, where they continued to specialize in placing elite accounting and finance talent on a permanent basis. Jeramy was responsible for the Chicago and Oak Brook locations of Accounting Principals, Parker + Lynch, and Ajilon, consulting, and search practices.

In their current role as Head of Professional Recruitment for the West at Parker + Lynch, Jeramy is responsible for P&L management, hiring, training and development, and day-to-day management. Jeramy has successfully placed hundreds of candidates in top positions at leading companies in the Chicagoland area.

Jeramy Kaiman reports to Laurie Chamberlin, President & Head of Professional Recruitment and Solutions North America. They work with Heather Fannin - Head of Professional Recruitment for the South, Kim Gottschalk - Chief of Strategy, and Doug Greene Jr. - North American Practice Leader for Search.
