Kim Scully, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Leader of Benefits & Recognition at Parker's since May 2023, Kim previously held roles including HR Manager at Zeus Industrial Products, Inc. and various positions at QuickChek Corporation, ranging from Leader of Team Member Relations and Recruiting to Corporate Medical Benefit Coordinator. Responsibilities throughout Kim's career have included developing compliance practices for hiring policies, leveraging analytics to enhance employee retention, and managing worker's compensation claims, among others. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Penn State University.
