Holly Kerr

Holly Kerr, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional specializing in benefits and compensation. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at Parkland Corporation since February 2018, Holly has progressed through various roles, including Senior Compensation Specialist and Compensation Specialist. Prior to this, Holly held positions at Alberta Health Services as a Senior Advisor and Advisor in In-Scope Job Evaluation and Compensation from November 2010 to February 2018. Holly also worked as a Compensation Consultant at TELUS Sourcing Solutions from June 2008 to November 2010 and as a Staffing and Classification Consultant for the Government of Saskatchewan from September 2005 to April 2008. Holly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Regina, completed between 2001 and 2006.
