Tammy McClain

Tammy McClain currently serves as a Nursing Manager at Parkland Health, a position held since May 2023. With a robust background in nursing that began with a role as a Registered Nurse at Mercy from 1997 to 2010, Tammy progressed to a Supervisor role in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, demonstrating strong leadership and effective communication skills. At Baylor Scott & White Health from June 2011 to May 2023, Tammy co-led the establishment of a new satellite Cath Lab and managed day-to-day operations in cardiovascular care. Education includes an Associate of Science from Indiana State University, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
