Alexey Konanykhin

Alexey Konanykhin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they started working as a Teacher of Mathematics at Gymnasium #68, where they worked until 2010. Alexey then moved to Lycem #134 and worked there as a Teacher of Mathematics from 2010 to 2012. During this time, from September 2012 to September 2013, they also worked as a Freelance Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined Lyceum #134 as a Teacher of Mathematics and worked there until November 2014. Alexey then worked at Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools as a Teacher of Mathematics from November 2014 to May 2016. From May 2016 to August 2022, they worked at Haileybury Almaty as a Teacher of Mathematics and a Mathematical Olympiads Specialist. In 2022, they joined Wesmart L.T.D. as a Computer Vision Engineer and worked there until April 2023. Currently, they are working at ParkPow as a Software Developer, starting in April 2023 and continuing.

Alexey Konanykhin obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including an IBM AI Engineering Specialization from Coursera in February 2023, a certification in Data Structures and Performance from Coursera in August 2022, a certification in Object Oriented Programming in Java from Coursera in August 2022, a certification in SQL - MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence from Udemy: Online Courses in July 2022, a Coursera GTC Statement of Accomplishment in July 2018, a Deep Learning specialization by deeplearning.ai in July 2018, a certification in Foundations of Teaching for Learning: Being a Teacher from Coursera in June 2016, a certification in Teach English Now! Theories of Second Language Acquisition from Coursera in June 2016, a certification in Teach English Now! Foundational Principles from Coursera in May 2016, and a certification in Foundations of Teaching for Learning: Introduction from Coursera in February 2016. Alexey also obtained certifications in 6.002x: Circuits and Electronics from edX in January 2013 and CS188.1x: Artificial Intelligence from edX in November 2012.
