Head of Design at Parkside

Clemens Posch has a long and varied work experience in the design and creative industry. Clemens began their career in 2009 with a Graphic Design Internship at JUM Communications. In 2010, they returned to JUM Communications for a second Graphic Design Internship. In 2012, they worked as a Graphic Designer at luffup - bureau of communication design and as a Young Creative at BETA Young Creative Lab. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Lead Designer and then Design Director at Michael Pachleitner Group. In 2017, they became the Head of Design and Senior Product Designer at Parkside Interactive, where they were responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the design departments creative output and overseeing design projects. In 2020, they joined the Design Leadership Forum as a Member.

Clemens Posch has a Diploma in Graphic & Communication Design from Ortwein – Graphic & Communication Design, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Clemens also attended BETA Young Creative Lab in 2012 for Grafikdesign. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Interaction Design Foundation such as Accessibility: How to Design for All (September 2020), Affordances: Designing Intuitive User Interfaces (August 2020), Psychology of Interaction Design: The Ultimate Guide (August 2020), The Brain and Technology: Brain Science in Interface Design (August 2020), User Research - Methods and Best Practices (August 2020), Conducting Usability Testing (July 2020), Dynamic User Experience: Design & Usability (July 2020), UX Management: Strategy & Tactics (July 2020). Clemens is also a Certified Member of the Nielsen Norman Group (February 2020) and The Interaction Design Foundation (February 2020).
