Maximilian S. began their work experience in 2016 as a Civil Service with Lebenshilfe. In 2018, they became a Student at FH JOANNEUM, where they wrote a Bachelor thesis on Social Science methods and tools in recruiting and personnel development. In 2019, they worked as a Verkäufer with Martin Auer. In 2020, they worked as a Verkäufer with Martin Auer and a Student Intern with ÖSB Gruppe, where they gained experience in project management, HR, and labour policy. In 2021, they began working with Parkside Interactive as a Recruiting Specialist and Working Student Human Resources, and with Jugend am Werk Steiermark GmbH as a Student Internship, where they gained experience in interviewing, screening and labour & social law.

Maximilian S. began their educational journey in 2017 when they enrolled at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz to pursue a degree in Educational Sciences. In 2018, they transferred to FH Joanneum where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences in 2021. During this time, they also took courses at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business - BA in 2021. In 2022, they enrolled at LUNEX University to study New Work und Personalentwicklung. Additionally, they have obtained a Black Belt in Active Sourcing from SocialTalent.
