Tanmay Gurav started their work experience as a Packaging Intern at Shree Arun Packaging Co. | SAPCO from March 2021 to August 2021. Tanmay then worked as a Research and Development Executive at Aaum Paper Products Private Limited from November 2021 to November 2022. Currently, they are a Sales and Marketing Executive at Parksons Packaging Ltd. starting from November 2022.

Tanmay Gurav completed a postgraduate degree in Packaging from the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PACKAGING - IIP from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mumbai from 2016 to 2019, however, the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
