Pavlo Kucher has diverse work experience in government and political roles. Pavlo has worked as the Director of Communications for the Office of the Shadow Minister for Hunting, Angling, and Conservation at the Parliament of Canada since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Legislative & Policy Advisor for the Member of Provincial Parliament for Nepean at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. Pavlo also worked as an MPP Liaison for the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries at the Ontario Government. Additionally, they served as a Public Relations Communications Advisor for the Hon. Lisa Macleod at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Parliamentary Assistant at the Parliament of Canada and held various leadership roles in student associations and Ukrainian-Canadian organizations. Pavlo also worked as a Legislative Intern and Administrative Intern at the Parliament of Canada. Furthermore, they worked as a Canvass Supervisor for the Conservative Party of Canada.

Pavlo Kucher has a Bachelor's degree in Honours Bachelor of Political Science & International Relations, Public Affairs & Policy Management from Carleton University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) from Alison, obtained in May 2020, and in People and Organizations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained in February 2020.
