Angus Bain

Angus Bain is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organisational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at the Parliamentary Counsel Office in New Zealand since September 2022. Prior to this role, Angus held various managerial and consultative positions, including Manager of Organisational Development at Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand, and Industrial & Organisational Psychologist at the Leadership Development Centre. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Human Resource Advisor at Inland Revenue NZ and Senior Human Resources Consultant at Parliamentary Service. Angus began a career in human resources at Air New Zealand before pursuing advanced education, achieving a Master of Science (Hons) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma (Distinction) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
