As our Senior Partnerships Manager, your primary mission and focus revolves around crafting and cultivating impactful relationships with relevant partners to support in driving partner generated revenue growth. By leveraging your expertise in the SaaS or Contact Center industries, you will proactively identify and engage with partners, showcasing the Parloa value proposition and the mutually beneficial opportunities our collaboration can unlock. You will also contribute to the development of the Parloa Partner Program in the US, ensuring our partnerships align with our business goals and priorities. Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams across regions – from sales and marketing to technical experts – you'll ensure a seamless integration of partner initiatives into our overarching strategy.
