Marco Soworka

Marco Soworka currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Parloa since August 2023. Prior to this role, Marco held positions in various venture capital firms, including CREANDUM and Earlybird Venture Capital in 2022 and 2021, respectively, as well as serving as Launch & Integration Manager at topi from May 2022 to July 2023. Marco gained experience in strategy consulting during a tenure at the Boston Consulting Group in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics (2019-2021), participation in the CEMS program at The Global Alliance in Management Education (June 2020 - July 2021), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim (2015-2018). Earlier education was completed at Friedrich Dessauer Gymnasium from 2007 to 2015.
