Zafer Torun

Zafer Torun has four years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Parloa, where they are integrated in the general Scrum process, tests newly developed features, and is part of the biweekly QA for the release with regression tests. Zafer also extends the QA process by defining new test cases. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Shift Engineer at ATES, where they were a member of manufacturing wind turbine's generator with Ates and Enercon partnerships. Zafer worked and improved himself from the construction of factory to manufacturing 2 generators per week and applied lean production. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Engineer Internship at Ateş Çelik Welding Coating, where they were a part of project development team as quality and manufacturing engineer. Zafer decreased takt time by newly designed storage planning and designed new storage planning in order to decrease waste. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Engineer Internship at ZF Group.

Zafer Torun graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Manufacturing Engineering. Zafer attended the university from 2012 to 2018.
